Our approach

How we verify properties

A Verified badge means our team completed a documented review of specific information about a listing. It is a starting point for a more informed conversation, not a promise that a transaction is risk-free.

What we check

Before marking a property Verified, our team confirms the identity of the person presenting it, sights a title document or physically inspects a rental, and confirms the asking price with the owner. Other checks may include credentials, an inspection and whether photos match the property. Each listing shows which checks were completed and when.

What the badge does not mean

Verification is not a legal guarantee, a title search, a valuation, a structural survey, or an assurance of availability. Details can change. A badge expires after 90 days and is withdrawn for review if key listing details change. Always inspect the property yourself and engage an independent qualified lawyer to review documents before paying or signing.

Spot something wrong?

If you notice an outdated price, misleading image or suspicious listing, tell us. Include the listing link and what you found so we can review it.
